ABDS...WHEN TO START?

This may be a silly question but I wondered about when the best time to start working your abds is. I have lost 35 pounds but still have at least 50-60 more pounds to lose and so of course my belly is soft and snuggly and not a 6 pack. I know that I have to lose the fat to see muscle definition but do I start working my abds now or when I lose some more weight.

I also wondered if your new workout program is good for me at this time or would it better after I have lost more weight.

Hi Beth.

Not Cathe here but you should start working your abs NOW! So what if you can't see the definition yet!? Your abs are an important part of your body. You need to strengthen them along with everything else. Now get off the computer and work 'em girl! :)

Thanks for you reply...I have been working them...I hate to but I am making myself visualize what I want to look like and how strong I want to be. I was so sore at work the other night I had to cough and almost died...OMG...it hurt so bad but good:)
