You have taught us that we should put a day in between weight workouts when working on the same muscle group. Does the same hold true for abdominal workouts, or can they be done daily?
If you are training your abdominals for endurance (high reps and no weight assistance) then everyday is fine, however, even then I would say no need for more than 5 days.
But if you are using weights with your ab training (IE: holding weight in excess of 5 pounds while crunching or doing any exercises for the abs) then I would say no more than 2 to 3 times per week with a day or two off in between. Good Luck!
