Cathe, The new workouts are over the top in many ways!! Love the background! I have viewed and written down all the exercises and weights used. From what I have seen and done you have absolutely nailed the weight work!! I must say the first thing I thought of when watching you do BC2 was what a "Whippersnapper" you are!! You are amazing and the years of hard work and experience really shine through!! I did the leg workout in KB2 and I just love the quad work. Is it normal to feel sore muscles right above the knees ? I am experiencing a very unique soreness there in a good way I think. Also, what weight did you use for the Low Plane Lunges? I used 12 lbs and it was plenty for now. Finally, what will the Abbreviations be for the titles? I am just guessing. Thank You and ALL the crew for such awesome workouts...Peggy
