Ab work

In XTrain will the ab work be in another disc or will it be included in the split body parts discs?

I find that when working so hard on split body part disc, that if there is no ab work with it, I tend to not do it. I'm hoping it's included with the body part splits. Seems when I'm done with the disc, I just want to be done. Does that make sense?

I understand what you mean! I tend to just do moving planks for a couple minutes after my workouts if I'm not doing an ab section... it helps:)
 
Me, too!!! If I have to switch discs, then abs aren't getting done. I hate ab work, so that gives me an excuse to skip it. Plus, then you have workout/cool down/stretch on the first disc then after you're completely done, have to stick in another disc for abs. Bleh.

I agree with you. One thing I love about the Cross Fire and To The Max is the ab section.....no excuses not to do them since I don't have to pop in another disc. On a fun note....my boyfriend said he wants to do some abs so I put in Cross Fit.......let's just say he has a new respect!! LOL
 
I'm the same way - I know it is silly of me, especially because I need ab work more than any other body part. It really does help me if it is not on a separate disc.
 
If it's not part of the workout or at least on the same disc, I am unlikely to do it, either. Hoping it's on each disc or in several of the workouts!
