When I do a kickbox tape I don't actually concentrate on contracting and heavily utilizing my ab muscles. They never feel sore afterward. I'm beginning to wonder if I need to add more effort in this area OR is just doing the moves properly and in good form enough to activate the abs? Opinions anyone? (I just got my Powerstrike tapes and I have one planned for Saturday :-jumpy.)
