Ab work from All Step on stability ball?

Hi, educated crowd, I just got the CTX series a couple of weeks ago. I'm now into week 2 and I was wondering if anyone has tried doing the ab work from All Step on a stability ball? It seems like it's well suited to it and would make it that much more challenging. TIA.

Wow, I just did that one two days ago on the floor. It was challenging-a-plenty for me...

I think it would take a few tries to decide on a seamless series of mods for the ball. There are a few "one-leg" sections which I am unsure of how the ball would affect- maybe lots of rolling around and rewinding?

But there are lots of basic crunches and that rope thing--Mama mia! Those would be fun to try on the ball on your own, with some good consistent BPM music on...

My answer is influenced by the fact that I work out at 5 a.m. and have limited time, so I have learned to stick with "quick-an-dirty" options, mainly, as closely similar to as-filmed as possible, no guilt for skipping any sections, and documenting what body parts I have or have not worked that week.

That's probably a longer answer than you had in mind! Teehee

Not at all, thanks for giving me such a thoughtful response. I just love my stability ball, so I'm trying to use it as much as possible. I'm also trying to follow a CTX rotation, which doesn't use the ball at all. Maybe I'll give it a try and see how it goes. I definitely find the ab work challenging as is--I always think I should get to be done after that rope thing!
