Ab segment on Upper Body Pyramid - are you kidding me??

Hello all!

I just completed the UB Pyramid which I hadn't done in a while and thought I was in the clear after that last bicep curl, but no, I forgot about that ab segment. I'm fine for the first couple of minutes, but somebody please tell me that that segment was not filmed immediately after filming the upper body workout. I can't even hold my body on the ball my arms are shaking so much, let alone do one of those inverted V jobbies! A plank with your feet on the ball and lift one leg? You've got to be kidding! Cathe, I can barely lift my arms to wash my hair after that workout!!! Anyone else have this issue or is this a personal problem (again!)

I also struggled with that after doing all the UB work FIRST! Sooo, I did the AB section BEFORE I did the UB work and was able to do it all. Once in a blue moon, I challenge myself to do the AB work after and let's just say....it IS a challenge. Try it before and I bet you can do some, if not, most of it. Let us know!

the first few times I did this DVD, i couldn't hold the hair dryer to dry my hair. Now I can do the UB workout and the ab segment:), though I do have trouble even on a good day w/ the inverted V's. I do usually end up laughing at myself before the DVD is over:) K
 
I'll thrilled to report that I did KPC for the first time today, INCLUDING the inverted Vs on the ball!!! FIRST TIME!!! Whoo hoo! Now I know that if I do the ab section after the warm up on Pyramid UP I just might do ok! (frankly I think part of my success was that I was just so excited that Cathe herself, my hero, actually responded to ME that I was too giddy to know how much those V jobbies should hurt!). I did fall off the ball on the last one, but then, at 5:45 a.m., whose looking! Thanks so much ladies!!!
