If you go to the Forums page and click on Video Rotations you will see whether Cathe has posted her September rotation. In that rotation she posted an ab marathon which was the abs from KPC, PUB and ME. I tried it a couple of times. OUCH! Kim

You can do any combo for an ab marathon. I like to do 2 or 3 segments of "ab hits"...
You won't hate your abs for long if you do Cathe-abs regularly!
