Ab Hits?

Do you think Ab Hits is a lot more beneficial to have on DVD? I was thinking about getting it ($24.95)and now the VHS is $8.95. I have Firm's 5 day abs and just leave the Vhs tape where it is and pick up with the next workout. I was thinking I could do this with Ab Hits. What do you think?

Hi Caitlin. I read your post and that is what interested me in Ab Hits. My question is more of whether it is worth the extra $ to have it on DVD vs VHS.

I can't imagine having this one on VHS. It has around 20 sections, and it must be hard to pick and choose and then start forwarding to which workout you want. I would spend the extra money and get it on DVD.
