I knew from the thread title that this would be about the Gym Style workout! I did Chest and Triceps yesterday morning, and I was feeling it by the time I went to bed. Today I am sore to the touch in my chest, and my triceps are sensitive to every move my arms make. Yowsers.
I was just commenting earlier to my SO on how much I am loving the new Hardcores...
