Hey Kate thanks for starting the thread. My w/o today was 1 hour power walk. My legs feel like lead (DOMS) and yesterday's Bootcamp was hard. I have not done that w/o in a long time and now I know why. It's cute to see the men trying to keep up with the ladies.

Hi Kate and Robin!
I read the posts yesterday, but didnt post cause my day was tidy...not clean but tidy, and busy!

On track today though.

Robin, i hear ya about bootcamp, Friday i did butts, not guts in the morning, then double cardio from bootcamp in the afternoon, i couldnt walk on Saturday!! Now that's HIIT training.

Today,
workout, cardio, like KBX and abs after work.
B: so far, oatmeal, hemp pro, berries and almond milk

Robin - I haven't done Bootcamp in a couple of months. Maybe I will try to squeeze it in this week.
Steph - Do you have a death wish? Butts then double cardio from Bootcamp? That sounds tough.

Hi Kate,Robin,Steph and all who follow,

I've been MIA for a few weeks. We went on vacation and I was not clean or tidy. I've been having a hard time getting back in the groove. I have been working out right along. I think this has balanced off my bad eating.

No workout for me today, I wasn't feeling up to it.

So far for eats: B:Kashi wheat,skim, and blueberries
Not sure for the rest of the day. I'll be back later.

Yay! Some more posters today! Good day to Robin, steph, Colleen, Elaine, and Mariah! Sounds like we're all doing good on our workouts! ^5s all around.

Robin - Your popcorn sounded good so we had that for A.M. snack w/ some grapes and cherries. BTW, what's your fam think of Smart Start? Hope they like it. I've never had the Maple Brown Sugar (sounds too sweet) but the other 2 we like.

Hope eeryone is having a good day. I feel so good getting my wo in before the kids got up. Usually it's at night. Maybe I'll be able to get to bed early tonight. Planning on that & then PUB tomorrow A.M.

Hi everyone, I haven't posted in a few days but I just wanted to drop in and say Hi. Right after my back issue I came down with a terrible cold & haven't been out of bed since Friday. Needless to say, I haven't been working out, and I'm pretty much just trying to eat anything, as opposed to trying to eat clean! So, hopefully I'll start feeling better soon & be back up to speed by tomorrow or Wednesday. I hope you're all doing well :)

I too have been sick-with a cold for 3 days now. I am jsut finally feeling like a human this evening. I haven't been clean, tidy or even awake for the last few days. I hope to get back to it tomorrow. Have a good evening.;(
