Today will be the Fiesta Day:
5 minute brisk power walk, 400 walking lunges w/15# dumb bells, 400 jumping jacks, 8 sets of 8 pushups, 500 crunches from all angles w/weight(s) and 4 sets of 25 dips with a 20# weight (plate or dumb bell)
Yesterday was our rest day! Did any of you REST? I watched two movies: National Security and Diary of a Mad Black Woman.
