A super proud Cathlete moment!!

Oh, Cathe!! How you change lives!! It's yard-sale season around here and people sell really nice stuff!! I went to one today and got some super smokin' deals on a desk for my son's room, the "perfect" over-the-mantle painting and some other fun things. I helped the college kid move the desk into my car and then up the stairs.... he looked at my arms and got this surprised look!

Then, my best friend bought a table and chair set - bar height and really heavy chairs. My friend doesn't workout much but proudly announced "Pam can help you move it- she's a Cathlete!!!".

My heart swelled with pride!! In fact, I was wearing my bright pink Cathlete shirt and that just added to the joy of being the small but strong one!!

Just had to share this moment of pride with my fellow Cathletes!!
