All this negative talk does not serve you well toward achieving your exercise goals. What you say to yourself has a real impact, and since it's just as easy to say, "I can do it" as it is, "I hate it," why not make the switch? Your mindset is very powerful in helping you accomplish tasks, whether it be in school, in business, on the golf course or whatever. Please take a page from the champion athletes who would never say, "I hate," or "I can't." A set of push-ups or a cardio session seems like small potatoes compared to playing in the US Open, but the attitude should still be the same.
If you can't bring yourself to love the particular exercise, focus on how you'll look, or how you'll feel having done it. Enough of my sermon. Think your way to success, like you've heard a zillion time. It DOES work.
