A simple New Years resolution solved!

So, one of my resoltuions has been soo easy to stick to. It actually started over the Christmas Holiday. Just having one of those pre-cut veggie trays in the kitchen has helped me to easily get into the habit of getting in those all important servings of fiber and nutrients! In fact, I find myself actually craving a nosh of veggies - especially in the afternoon around snack time. Whoda thunkit? So simple and obvious yet soo effective!
