I was sitting here reading posts when I had the thought, "wonder what Cathe's version of a Boot Camp workout is?"
I mean, let's be realistic here! Have you done MIC and seen her version of a hi/lo workout? NOBODY else does hi/lo like Cathe! Cathe's hi/lo is extreme! Even in 10 min segments like CTX 10-10-10, tell me you're not happy as heck to get to the stepping portion!? It's like a vacation after the kickboxing and hi/lo! And look what she did with kickboxing! CardioKicks isn't your every day kickboxing workout! Once again, extreme! Sooooooooooo.....
What on earth will a "Cathe" Boot Camp workout look like? Will it be something the military may adopt to train their own recruits? Clearly, it will be extreme! Like 100 push ups, the bend and thrust type, 100 air born jumps, and this is just the warm up!
