I wonder if this is a usable request, but here goes. The exercise on which I find my form suffers the most is: changing plates on my barbell!
Tonight on my own I was doing a little lifting, and realized that I'd love a section on a video for just changing weights with perfect form. (I have a blood blister on one hand as I write this).
My new Bollinger slip-cuffs (what is their real name?) seem like the fastest type of clamp, so I would think that a video featuring these (or another more difficult type, slid on with a strong grip and masterful form!!) would be very useful to many of us who need to change weights between exercises, safely and in the minimum time.
A benefit I see for old-fashioned clip weight changes on a video would be to those like myself (a dental hygienist) for whom a strength improvement in grip would actually improve job performance!
Y'all's thoughts and opinions on the feasability or quality of this suggestion are welcome. By the way I am updating my pic and trying to pump up a little for the new one right now.
Cathe- you have changed my life! God bless you again!

Who soon, will write an article for RDH magazine on how fitness with Cathe et al can extend a dental hygiene career
