A question about the pre-orders

Hi, everyone!
I'm relatively new to Cathe workouts, but I'm loving them!

I pre-ordered the new workouts about 6 weeks ago. This may be a foolish question, but it didn't get charged to my card and I don't see a record of the order on cathe.com. Do the charges happen when the DVDs ship, and is there any way to confirm that my order is in there for sure?

I e-mailed the help line, but I thought someone on this board might know how it works. I'll feel terrible if my order somehow didn't go through.

Hi Cheryl! I'm glad you are enjoying our workouts. We do charge at the time that the order is placed so it is good that you emailed customer service if your card was not charged. Be sure that your email is sent here:

"I don't see a record of the order on cathe.com."

Is there a way to look up your order on cathe.com?
I no longer have my confirmation email since I pre ordered waaaay back on the first day, over a year ago I think. My card was charged though.

Then we're probably both okay. I just found my charge, too, in my checking account. Whew!

Hi Cathe, If you pre-ordered the dvds with 2 day delivery, how likely are they to be received by October 26? The reason I ask is I am going out of town. Thanks Patricia
 
It all depends on when you ordered and how long it takes us to ship as all orders are shipped in the order they were received.
