A Question about Cardio and weight workouts

Hello! Can anyone suggest Cathe workouts that combine cardio and weight training? I like higher reps and lower weight work that keeps the heart rate up. I know that muscle endurance and power hour are high reps/low weight, but I don't think they combine cardio with it. Maybe Cathe's cardio and weights workout? Thank you!
 
Cardio and Weights is a favorite of mine. I would also suggest:
Bootcamp
High Step Training(HSTA)
High Step Challenge(HSC)
Step,Jmmp,& Punmp(SJP)

Can't think of any others at the moment.
 
I would go with Body Max. It has a challenging step section, a circuit section combinining step cardio and lower body weight work and then an upper body section. Cathe states right in the workout that this workout is meant to challenge your endurance.

I also like Cardio and Weights, but I don't think it's quite as hard as Body Max.

I can't wait for Body Max 2!
