A poll: how much exercise space do you have?

When doing Circuit Max this morning, I was once again reminded that sometimes even the best instructors forget how limited our workout space is at home. The double grapevines tax my West/East space to the limit, and let's not even talk about the "6 scoots to one side and back, THEN 6 scoots to the other side". I don't think my space is particularly small for home exercising, but on moves like this, I really feel cramped.
How about the rest of you? How many of you have the room to do these moves with full ROM and how many not?

I can do the double grapevines, but with the scoots, there is no way. Not even close, so I just always go in one direction. I live in a townhouse with a huge dining/living room. For the double grapevines I end up all the way across the space, near the kitchen door.
I push the sofa back when I work out, otherwise I couldn't do step or kickboxing at all.

I modify a fair amount due to my space constraints (i have a 10x10 ft space), however I feel like the most frequent move in which the modification can throw off the next set of moves is the double grapevine, and that's only because it can throw me off count for the upcoming moves when modifying it. I feel your pain!

I don't have much space right now either and have to modify the warm-up in Circuit Max.

My workout space is 8 x 10 (equipment space not included). If I do the 10-10-10 kickbox step section I put my step sideways so I'll be able to kick.

I don't have enough space for double grapevines so I just my grapevines in the shape of an 'L'. As for scoots, I just do two back and forth until she tells you to stop. I rarely end up facing the right way during these, but at least I'm moving!

Well, I thought I had plenty of room until I too did Circuit Max yesterday. Our living room is 18X20 and usually I have a lot of room but trying to do those scoots yesterday was frustrating. I too ended up just going side to side best I could. Susan

I find Circuit Max and Power Circuit both take up more space than I have. The reaching L steps on Power Circuit often have me reaching right through the wall (the wall stops me! LOL)

What are those L steps called again? And in Circuit Max I just do most of the move in place, then start moving again until the wall stops me.

But it's those two tapes-- the rest I don't seem to have to modify much for space, even Cardio Kicks.

I don't have much; maybe 15 X 15; my husband and I live in a split-level townhome, and the lower level is my exercise lair. I too have to modify many of the travelling moves in Circuit Max and CK; that's okay though, because travelling moves are usually ultra-low-intensity, and I just modify with pump-jumps, regular jacks, modified plyo jacks or power hops.

I not sure probably 6ft by 7ft. Not enough room for double grapvines. Oh and that is with the furniture moved can't move the 2 settees.

I have got plenty of room for double grapevines!! Most room at work, but a little less at home. If I made the moves as big as I wanted to, I guess I would not have room. But it sounds like I might just have more room than anyone else!!
