I haven't bought any tapes yet, I'm a little strapped right now but I just wanted to say that I love coming here. You are all so positive and there's no bickering. I belong to one forum and lately there has been absolutely no support. That doesn't benefit anyone. As soon as I get lined out, I plan to start buy my first video. I do have a question though. I am 52 and no stranger to the gym, just burned out I think. I heard....that if you want leaner legs, you should go slow with intensity instead of step classes or higher cardio. Is this true. I don't know if this is on the right board or not but thanks for any advice. I am a classic pear.
