A need to know question

Hi again Cathe,
I just need to know, are you currently gradually moving back into your exercising routine? And have you started teaching again? I ask because I'm ready for the old Cathe to come charging through. I need a Cathe fix. I'm more than happy you and your son are doing good. You must admit though that your club and fans must really be missin' you by now. BTW, boys are very possesive of their mothers (especially if their extremely spoiled like my 10yr. old). I call my son dad. He may as well be one, cause he sure acts like he's mine. They tend forget who brought them into this world. Anyhow, post soon because I'm getting the shakes (ha-ha).

Yes, I started back to work on Feb 21st (we put two of my classes on the web cam). I am teaching 4 classes a week (instead of the six that I previously had)mainly because I have changed my work schedule around to accomodate the baby and the distance that I now drive to work. Last week I started out slow and this week I am increasing my intensity a bit. I plan on returning to my usual intensity by my fourth week. But the members are fine with this because I keep the intensity up for them while I modify some things for myself. They got used to me doing that during my pregnancy.

Maybe you took me the wrong way. All I was really trying to say was that I personally miss you. I was trying to see when your next video would be availble. I know your not superwoman, but that's all it was. Sorry if I offended you in any way.

Hi Candy! That was so nice of you to consider my feelings but you truly didn't offend me(sorry that I gave you that impression).

It sure does feel special to be so missed and I am very much looking forward to getting back into "intense" action. As for the videos, I don't know exactly when they will be available but we are strongly working on the plans. We'll definitely post more info as it becomes available.

sore wrist and popping in shoulder joints

Dear Cathe,
I dearly love your pure strength videos. I have been excersizing for eight year, I had carpel tunnel surgeries on both wrists. When I try to use a heavier weight on the bar bell my left wrist really aches. But I want to increase my definition, I have been using weight for a few years. When I also do reverse flys I can hear and feel a popping in my shoulders. Any advise? I think your knowledge is amazing.
