Today at work, a senior manager from another department walked by and asked me if I lost weight. My answer was a "Yes" with a smile. Then, I asked her to check out my bicep cause the other night I did PUB/PLB together. And, she said "Wow!" For this individual to say somthing is big and it made my day that I've made noticable improvements. Happy Dance time.
