A little help gals

Every thread i post in gives me a subscription. How do i turn it off??
I feel stupid here.

Go to your User CP, then click on Edit Options. Scroll down a bit to where it says "Default Thread Subscription Mode" and just turn it off there.

Before you hit submit reply, go down to Additional Options. The third outline is for Thread Subscription - there is an option in the pulldown menu for Do Not Subscribe and also No Email Notification. If the emails are bothering you, click the second one - that way, you can still scroll through the forum and see what threads you have posted on.

Don't know how i was not finding that.
Can tell i have not been on in a while..
This new site program is easy and has alot more features. I am just feeling stupid..
