A-Jock's Turkey-Burner Mish-Mosh

I don't have HSTA. How long is this premix? Would cardio only from BC be a good substitute? Any other suggestions to sub for this part?

I have a bunch of your rotations and haven't had a chance to try them yet. I want to do this one tomorrow or maybe even this evening after all the eating. Thanks for making these great mix workouts.

Hi, Tina - sorry I'm so late getting back to you.

If you don't have HSTA, I'd suggest doing the entire I-max 3 Blast Only premix. Certainly sub BC cardio only instead if that suits you better.

A-Jock - thanks for this! I DID run 6 miles this morning but after my Thanksgiving lunch I was STUFFED! I decided to try this and got through most of it. I skipped most of the IMAX3 blasts, though I did do #7 but my shins were hurting due to my earlier run. It definitely helped deflate my tummy, though. I may make this a regular! :7
 
Ditto what Carole said!!! That was super fun though! You picked all my favorite Imax 3 blasts especially #7. I definitely want to do this one again!
