All I can say is "WOW". I don't know how you do it. This mornig I did Imax 2 1 thru 5 then the cardio only on Bootcamp and thought I couldn't catch my breath and I had to take a couple of breaks.

Thank you, Aquajock. So I guess this would mean that you have no hair on your head, but lots and lots on your chest!:7

I wish our printer wasn't broke.....I'm copying these by hand.

Thanks ajock, if this doesn't boost my cardio capacity......nothing will.

Hey Briee!

I can print these out for you and send them via Snail-Mail if you'd like??? Just let me know. Or, you can copy & paste them to an E-mail to maybe your hubby if he has a printer at work? Or...I can fax them to you. I hate to see you get writer's cramp! :7 AJ, you are bound & determined to do away with a few Catheites, aren't you?

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! These look awesome! I'm saving these for future reference.

You're the best, A-jock!

Being in A-Jock's inner circle of self torturers (sorry to have outted you as my friend Nettie) I've been privied to these for ahwile. I have tried 4 of these mish moshes so far (or my own variation as she is psychotic) and I must say, my chest hair rivals that of Robin Williams'.

Rocky and Buckingham just PM'd me, reminding me of a couple I missed:

I-Max Circuit Challenges:

With either I-Max 1 or I-Max 2, after each intensity blast, grab the remote and hit the "pause" button, then grab your barbell or two heavy dumbbells and bang out 32 reps of standard squats, plie squats, and / or lunges, THEN hit the 'Next" button to advance you to the next mid-range aerobic cycle. Thus the resistance cycle becomes in part your cardio recovery. Be creative about the what you do with each barbell / dumbbell circuit, in terms of what you do and the tempo at which you do them, including plenty of low-ends or 3-count holds at the bottom of the squat / lunge.

Sorry, my furry friends. We "women of a certain age and shiny scalp" get a little forgetful sometimes.

Thanks A-Jock! I know it ain't gonna be pretty but I am up for the challenge and am going to do "Hi/Lo Hell" tomorrow a.m.}( I am ashamed to admit it but I only have Cathe VHS. I will rewind MIC back to 18:45 and substitute it for Boot Camp and do it again after 10/10/10. I'm having an endorphin release just thinking about it:)
Thanks for your creativity and generosity.

Take Care

These mixes are great! Thanks for taking the time to post them for us Annette.

Also, don't you have KPC? There is some pretty good work in that one that makes me think of you (said disgustingly to myself, "Oh, Annette would LOVE this")

I know you don't do Cathe resistance, but Legs and Glutes has got some suprisingly fun plyometric work that you would like. I am currently trying to figure how I can come up with my own plyo mish mosh. Maybe I will have to post mine too then!:)

RE: To Naughtoj / Janice

Funny you should bring up KPC: I'm taking a mental health day off tomorrow, and KPC is what's gonna kick things off. I really enjoy that one strictly as produced, followed up by A-Jock's Do-It-Herself Evil Legs, Masochistic Abs (a melange of KPC and SJP abs) and Torture Upper Body.

I did the most extended KPC / LG premix once, and I too really enjoyed some of the LG work. My main limitation usually is time for home workouts during the week. BUT . . . everyone should have my problems.

Would dearly love to see what you can come up with for a good, take-no-prisoners Plyo Mish-Mosh. Keep us posted -

Wow, these look intense. This may be just what I need to kick up my cardio a few notches. Also makes me wish I had the intensity series on dvd instead of vhs. I'll have to be a little creative here-but I am up for the challenge. Thanks for sharing. :p
