A-Jock - Question

Hi A-Jock, After reading all your mish-moshes and your post on plie jacks, do you have any pictures you can share with me? I'm so curious to see what you look like. Just wondering...
Debbie in OH

Hi, Debbie in OH - alas, I don't have any pictures of any consequence to share. I've always operated on the premise that I already know what I look like, and film should be saved for a much more gratifying subject than moi.

I did, however, find a very gratifying picture of Melissa Etheridge at the Grammys, at which she performed after chemotherapy and went in her bald, beautiful state. If I do say so myself, there's more than a passing resemblance, in looks if not in talent.

And I look just like Julia Roberts but won't post pictures to prove it! A-J, we're smarter than that! Just couldn't resist giving you a bad time.

A-Jock is a real cutie and very fit (and a real sweetheart too). I get together with her and two other Cathites every few months (in fact we are getting together tomorrow). Maybe, one of these times, we will get a group picture and post it.

Joanne

Actually, Joanne did take a Big Group Hug picture of us Killer Bees (moi, Joanne / JMFRANE, "Amadeus" and Jillybean) a little over two years ago when we convened our first meeting, right after I'd gone bald. Maybe one of the Bees can scan that in and post it. It sure won't be me - I'm a dunderhead at things technological.

A-Jock, how is Jillybean? I miss her posts and her rotations. When you see her next, tell her I haven't forgotten and am still waiting for the rotation mixing the I-Series with the HC's! TIA!

Although I am certain your head is fabulous, inside and out, I too would love to see your body, your muscles. One of these old days I am going to post a pic. I invariably go for pure ham when someone pulls out a camera. It is so hard for me to take a serious photo. I am so dreadful about keeping up with photos. Someday my kids will look back and ask themselves what I truly looked like throughout the formative years. I hope theri memeories are fabulous! I'm all mouth and teeth. ;) My husband says I am "stunning"! I do so appreciate that as youth fades and I greet wrinkles and gray hair, his eyesite is typical of a mid-forty male and he can look and still see the young babe he fell in love with. Blurred around the edges. :) Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, after all. Aren't we so lucky the ones who love us see us with eyes that notice the good stuff and overlook anything that might be considered a flaw if you use the standards propagated by pop culture; the standards are a crock! Still, Annette, yours is the one photograph I would love to see! :)

Tell me, what it is you plan to do with your one wild and precious life? Mary Oliver

Hi, Angela! The Bean is Jillier than ever. Super, super busy at work from what she's been telling us, and she and her DH also have a full plate of activities on their evening / weekend off season, as it were.

If we have time today we may be able to jump onto my new Gizmo and cough out a grand Killer-Bee post. Not sure about that, though, because we have a lot of gossip to catch up on, and a walk up a steep hill in a nearby park that I like to call Musclebutt Mountain.
