a happy announcement and a question

after almost 2 months (take off 5 days)i got the second part of the DVDs i have ordered along with the new one's. i gave up hope and suddenly it came like a sunshine through the rain (oops I'm starting to be lyric)now i am a happy owner of: the 5 new ones and sjp&sb,kpc&lg,ab hits,low max,rs&imax&mic,muxcle max,s&h series,ph&mis&body max.:) :D :p :9 :* :7 .
THE QUESTION IS:HOW CAN I MAKE FROM ALL THAT A ROTATION:eek: and
if cathe recommend on the s&h to do each DVD (legs&shoulders/chest&back/triceps&biceps)at least once a week how can i put them inside if i do for example low impact circuit which has weights to, and to make the question even harder i try to squeeze exe.5 times per week but i usually can do 4 times.
**seeing cathe in all those DVDs i can say that she's getting better through the years.
