A good fitness night!

Hi ladies!

I'm having a wonderful fitness night, and just had to share. I did 3!!!!! whole pull ups tonight:):):):):) Not many, I know, but its my new challenge now that I have my STS tower. I did 1 3/4 the other night, and got 3 tonight. The short term goal is 12, the long term goal is 25. Did them cross legged from sitting on the floor. I start my 3rd round STS in 2 weeks so I hope that will get me there, I think it will. I used the Cedie pull down method in my other 2 trips thru STS.

AND, I did a full Cathe set of tricep dips tonight:D:D:D Triceps are a weak spot for me, especially dips. I can never make thru a Cathe set of dips. I did GS chest/triceps tonight and got thru the whole set. Shakin' and burning, and almost called it quits when she said "4 more" I figured since I had already done a gazillion, I could do 4 more. Got them all in YAY!!!!!!!

Way to go, Nan! That's fantastic! I'm only at 1, but I just got my tower right at the end of Meso 2 and all the pullups! I have decided to work more on those and my push ups even after I finish STS! I have 6 more weeks!

Again, congratulations! Keep it up! You'll be at your goal in no time!
