Hi everyone. A quick comment the day after my first BC workout. OUCH my upper body is hurtin, and I thought I was tough! Is there a way to find out how long the premixes are? I'm lovin working out with Cathe, she's new to me, I've purchased KPC, and Powerhour,both VHS and BC/ME DVD. I'm not a fan of step and I have other Kickboxing tapes and a treadmill and elliptical trainer at home so I'm covered for cardio. I was trying to decide on the Pyramids DVD or Push and Pull/Supersets DVD to add to my strength options, any preferances, also which, if any have floor work. Thanks and sorry about all the questions.
