Hi Everyone! I'm so happy to finally have a chance to sit down and chat with you. The pace has been unreal. As a matter of fact we returned from editing at NFL today and I wanted to quickly get a write up posted on the blog for the last filmed workout before it got too late. We just posted it along with some pictures so if you haven't gotten over there yet, be sure to check it out :)

Last week was great fun filming all of the four new workouts. It was such a pleasure to work with NFL Films and we look forward to moving into our next phase of editing with them now. As I mentioned above, this started today. We have already edited one show and everything is looking fantastic. We are also putting together a variety of premixes to make the 4 Day Split as creative, effective, and versatile as possible.

We will continue to keep you informed on the blog with information and pictures as we give exact times of each workout, premix breakdowns, and other info. This will mostly happen as we get further along into the edit process which I'm thrilled to say is already moving along at a very nice pace.

I will attempt to pop on the forums whenever I can this week to answer any questions you have.

Thanks, Cathe! Can't wait to get these new workouts and start stepping and pumping with you. (Of course I'm stepping and pumping with you on almost a daily basis with all your other workouts already).

All of you are working so hard. Thanks for all of your efforts. Don't forget to spend time with your families & get some rest. I hope all goes well :D .

Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart for all that you do for all of us!! The results I have gotten from the last year of Cathe workouts are unbelievable!!! I never would have gotten hear with what I was doing before.

Hi Cathe, I have turned into one of your
"Loyalist of Followers" You have taken me to a new level. I did not know I could even accomplish your workouts.
The Firm probably helped prepare me for your workouts. I will be 50 in 6 months, and I feel stronger, I have been through alot of hell,with an Eating Disorder for more than half of my life. I have had to work hard to fix all the abuse that I have put my body through.
Food is hard, do you have any suggestions?
I would find it helpful to know food diary.
Obviously what ever you do works.
I would like to model myself after you.

The blog looks great, Cathe! I just know these workouts are going to fabulous! You all look fantastic too! I am still in shock at the heavy weights you are lifting in the photos.:eek:

Thanks for the update, Cathe! :) These workouts look absolutely fabuloso (as usual)! Looks like I'd better get some heavier dumbells! Anyway, can't wait to get these in my hot little hands! :p

Thanks for everything! I think I got a sweat and lost 10 lbs by just LOOKING at the Blogs. :) Y'all look wonderful and I am excited about the new workouts. Annette

PS: Does peanut butter come with these dvds? :D
