A beginner video?

This site has so many workouts to pick from, I don't know where to start!
I probably haven't worked out in about a year but I'm ready to start getting back into shape! Any suggestions about where I should start here? Thank you!

You might want to start with Basic Step/Body Fusion. Another one you might want to consider is a circuit workout called High Step Circuit. For kickboxing, you might like to try Kick, Punch & Crunch.

Good luck in your journey!

I agree with Marcy! However, basic step...is well...VERY BASIC. I mean, I know it's supposed to be that way, but I think you'll use that one MAYBE 2 times then you'll want to jump into BODY FUSION! It's much more fun and has spunkier moves to have fun with!! woo!:D

I wanted to add another one of my favorite beginner workouts. Low Impact Step, its pretty simple but fun...there is also a bonus workout on there called total body scultping.

Love this workout and i still use it on my "I-don't-feel-like-working-out" days;)

I started as a newbie to Cathe this year too! I started on July 1st with Basic Step. Moved onto Low Impact Step (love this workout), got really excited and jumped into Low Max (took a while to catch onto it - it's intense) now I'm doing Low Impact Circuit (just the cardio step premix - not the whole workout yet). If you are new to step, I strongly suggest starting at the bottom and working your way up. It doesn't take long to catch onto the routines this way once you have the basics down. I have a few other Cathe DVD's that I haven't even opened yet. Once I get comfortable / bored with a workout, I grab a new one for a while. Keeps things interesting. Just remember "Rome wasn't built in a day". Keep at it and try to mix it up a little.
Good luck.
