A 5-10-20 workout dvd?

Hi Cathe,
I was reading about how effective the 5-10-20 triset workouts are in some american magazines. [ I live in India and own almost all your dvds ] Are you familiar with this concept?
It is a system where you do a compound exercise with a heavy weight ( usually a barbell ) for 5 reps, then do 10 of an isolation exercise ( usually with dumbells ) with medium weight and then do 20 or 15 reps of a assisted exercise ( pulley or lever ) with the lightest weight to target the muscle at a different angle.Only then do you rest.
Each triset is for a specific body part and can be repeated two or 3 more times.
Don't you think it would be a great idea to adapt it for the home exerciser? You could design workouts so that one can do two body parts a day and over a week workout the entire body. [ Trisets do not adapt well for abs though - you will have to come up with something else for abs! ]
It would be different from most of your other workouts and will cater to all levels. If you feel 20 is too many reps for women, then you can bring it down to 15 for the last triset.
Beginners can programe their dvds to do only 1 triset and can use smaller weights, advanced people can programme their dvds to do three trisets per body part using more weight and intermediate ones can workout two trisets.
Only you will have to find effective substitutes for the third triset which uses gym machines.
You could have premixes that are suitable for beginner, intermediate and advanced or bring back workout blender. Think about it Cathe! No one does workouts like you do and you would be the best guide any home exerciser can have for the 5-10-20 ( or 15 ) triset system.

Thanks for starting this thread (sorry don't remember your name, but the poster is from India:))!!! Got the links (to VF and to the article). We have SIL's Bowflex living in our living room (will probably even decorate it for Christmas!)...maybe with this info in hand I might give that machine or whatever some use:)
