Good morning ladies!

Katie, Are you sleeping in this AM? Or did you just get straight to your workout?
 
I have my massage today!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited! I am definetly sore from Muscle Endurance yesterday so this is going to feel GREAT!!!:D

Today is supposed to be my rest day but I wouldn't be surprised if I ended up doing some light cardio or some CS and make it an active rest day.

I want to make an awesome dinner for Mike I don't know if I'll be back from my massage in time to pull out all the stops. We'll see... I'll spend some time with my cookbooks today.

Hey Kate!! Yes, got straight to the workout this AM! It was IMAX3, not really in the mood for it, but I did my best!

Yesterday was crazy and exhausting. I am hoping today will be more calm.

I'm feeling a little better today but I'm still have a slight cough and runny nose. It's cool outside today.
My w/o will be Gym Style the premixes for chest shoulders bi tri etc.

One of my younger cousin Rayvonne has been fooling all of us the whole week. I just found out that she was suspended from the school bus and that is why she has been trying to spend the night over my house (I drive her and my son to school). I told her today that she will have to tell her mom because the truth will come out. Today instead of getting on the bus she rode her bike almost 4 miles on a highway to get to my house. What if she got hit by a car. TEENS are CRAZY!!

I guess it's the change in weather. I live in the woods so I can't wait until the trees leaves turn colors.
 
Robin, LOL on your cousin!!! That's hilarious! We have lots of trees on our property too - its so pretty in the fall. Unfortunatley we have a lot of walnut trees. The walnuts make a total mess of the yard. They are very acidic and burn the grass when they sit on it so we are in a constant war all autumn picking them up. :mad: At least it's a good glute WO squatting down to pick them up!:D

Good Morning Everyone!

Still struggling with my allergies today. Took everything I could this morning so hopefully that will give me relief. I just hate taking medicine so I always wait until the last minute. I am working from home because I have to go to my friend's father memorial service. I am happy to be working from home but I don't like the reason.

Kate, enjoy your massage today! I have had the blueberry crisp Clif Bars (can't remember if I got them at the grocery store or whole foods) and it is pretty good.
Robin, your cousin is crazy. I remember being a teenager and being afraid to tell my parents anything.
Katie, I Imax 3 this morning too. Hope your day is calmer today.

We are going to go for a walk this morning. We are feeling a bit better but not well enough for Imax 3 that's for sure. Today and tomorrow will be walks and then Saturday I'll try to jump back in.

I AM GOING TO MAKE A ROTATION THIS WEEKEND - HOLD ME TO IT!!!

Kate, clif bars for kids: they are GREAT (and you don't have to share yours then). You can get them directly at the clif website but they are available in "bulk" from amazon and are cheaper there. I buy mine right now at Fry's (Kroeger) but am planning to stock up for France by buying from amazon.

Katie, great job with Imax 3! You continue to be my inspiration.

Robin, teenagers are crazy. What a ridiculous thing to do! :)

Colleen, I'd like the pulled chix recipe too!

Kate are those the same walnuts that you can eat? I love walnuts.

I change my w/o. I did GS back and bicep premix and Amy's rumble 2nd half. I was able to use my new Cathe hand weights so I think I'm going to be sore tomorrow. :confused:

A few days ago I saw the YMCA and wow it was so big. I'm thinking of joining just for the cardio classes and swimming for the kids.

Back from our walk. It's a beautiful morning. Annabel actually said it was "cold." :) Not quite yet but they did wear pants!

Robin, I'd like to do 3 days a week cardio, 2 days cardio/weights kind of combo (thinking LIC, BM2, Boot camp) and 1 day pure weights (like ME). I just need to sit down and plan it - I've been so lazy.

I'm going to have an omelet for breakfast. We have some leftover ham that I'm going to use a bit of.

Girls are watching Barbie again. They love those movies and for $5.50 at Target, I'm not complaining. They're close to Disney quality as far as I'm concerned.

I put some chili in the crock pot on my lunch hour. I have had another terrible, super stressful day at work. I almost let my supervisor have it. But enough about that -- tomorrow is FRIDAY! :D
 
Katie, I'd love your help with a rotation! Then I'd be accountable to you (my inspiration!). I mentioned before that I think low weights/hi reps works well for me and lots of cardio!

I was thinking 3 days pure cardio/2 cardio and weights/1 pure weights.

The Memorial Service today was very nice and of course sad. Her family is holding well considering the circumstances.

Angie, good luck with the rotation. I usually just do Cathe's because I don't have the time to come up with my own.
Robin, you're lucky to have a nice YMCA nearby. All the gyms around here are very expensive which is why I gave up my membership.
Katie, sorry your day was so stressful. Hope tomorrow is better.

Just checking in to let you know I won't be checking in any longer. I know I rarely check in but I just thought I 'd say keep up the good work with the workouts and clean eating.
