Am I the only one feelin' any pain this morning? (Somehow I doubt it.) :7
Wendy [font face="Symbol"]©[/font] I did enjoy my yogurt/cott. cheese, as a matter of fact. Something must be wrong with me! :7 Entenmann's is the only kind I would probably eat any time it's in front of me, but otherwise, I don't care much for donuts in general...Oh yeah, definitely consider adding that hill training before the race.
Di [font face="Symbol"]©[/font] OOH, ow! I can imagine your legs & glutes took a beatin'. Your mileage is picking up quickly. The program I'm doing has a much slower progression. I'm doing 12 this weekend. Mapping out the routes away from too much traffic has been the challenge.
Ange [font face="Symbol"]©[/font] You had a doozy of a day, huh? I didn't realize you lived in a tourist town. I'm not familiar with your area at all. What draws them in?...I'm listening to news in the background, and apparently, we're already back to hot and humid today. So much for that. *lol* ...Awww, we're going to beagle aunties! :7 Have you batted around some names?....You'll be missed this weekend, but I hope you thoroughly enjoy your well-deserved chill time! You've busted butt this week, woman!
Today's workout will likely be k'bells, some light work on the EXT or a walk, and stretching. Lots of the latter! I stupidly forgot to stretch after yesterday's run, and having worked the calves hard (which I rarely do) the day before w/ GS Legs made for some serious pain. I foam rolled for about an hour last night and applied Sombra several times. It's a little better, but I'm gonna have to work on these knots some more today.
