6SecondAbs ?

Kim I thought it looked interesting too. From the looks of it, it takes some ab muscles to use it, and you can use it watching tv, or doing other things. Just caught my eye at 4am this morning, thought I would pass it on. Rhonda

just thought I would add, the name of it is because it suppose to take 3 seconds down, and 3 seconds up, totals 6seconds ... get it !!

My first reaction, upon hearing the name, was "another ab gimmick." But it actually looks like it would work. Now, whether or not its worth what they're asking...

After I saw the infomercial (and was turned off by the typical claims of "losing a dress size in X days when --in small print--using the gadget and following the enclosed diet plan"), I tried to figure out how to do the same thing by squeezing a stability ball between my quads and my arms (too big...but maybe a smaller size would work) or using my pilates ring (too small...I'm looking for "just right"!)

Ha Kathryn!

I thought the same thing! Wondering if we could implement the SAME moves with a ball?? I have a slow-mo ball I'll have to try. (About the same size as a med ball but squishy like a stabilty ball.) Although if it WORKED it might be worth $60.00!!! YIKES! That is a LOT!
