I'll get us started since I was up early. A thunderstorm woke me up at 5:30. I was ready to get up since I went to bed early last night after a busy week. Not much on the agenda today except for lots of housework (I don't usually work Fridays), ds is at hockey camp and DH at work so just dd and I. I do need to do my last workout of week 2 for CLX since I skipped it last night, today was supposed to be my rest day. We ended up going to Dairy Queen last night as it was a Children's Hospital fundraiser, good reason to buy an ice cream
Cendrine. I sure hope you have a better day today! Did the playdate mom ever call you?? I had a look at the phase 2 workouts in CLX and they are all between 33-35 mins, so not any longer.
Rachael. Insanity is all cardio/no equipment. You use your body weight for resistance so no weights. I'm glad that you are seeing some results from the June rotation, are you on week 2 now??
Gayle. I'm so sorry to hear about your friend and grandma. I sure hope that you have some good support around you. I'm so glad that you and the boys got some time together at the beach.
