This week has been an absolute blur. But I got lots accomplished at home and worked alot of extra hours at the hospital. My friends' DH is still in hospital and will be there awhile. There was no physical damage but he is in a severe depression, they are considering shock treatments. She has got hooked up with the social worker who is really helping her with organizing finances Also the psychiatrist is meeting with her once a week and that seems to be helping as she is feeling more "in the loop" and not as lost. I'm mostly now able to be a good phone buddy when she needs me.
I slept into after 8 this morning and I feel so refreshed!!! It's so spring like here, it's warm +8 today!!

What an early spring! The paperwork is finally all done for the new house, we decided to move the laundry room to the basement, and put in a fireplace (we had 14 days to make final decisions without extra costs). So now we're waiting for the building permit to come through from the city, that could be a few weeks and then the digging will begin!! I'm finally starting to get more excited than nervous!
Now I feel that I have so many projects that I want to do around this house. I updated my scrapbook this week to put in our Disney and Christmas pictures, now I want to clean out my scrapbooking stuff. Next, I want to clean out the Christmas decorations and then take over to my mom's for storage. I really want to declutter/clean before we put the house on the market probably may/june. My mom has a huge house and she said we can store stuff over there. So I'm going to comb through everything and decide to donate/store/toss and then if we can live without it for awhile(like Christmas decorations) it's going to my mom's.
I can't believe I didnt' work out all week

but will start Meso 3 either today or tomorrow.
Jo I think the gym sounds like fun! It looks like a beautiful gym! It'll be great to have different options. It sounds like your friend is doing amazing! Did she joined too?? Well it seems like you have been exercising enough to make up for my lazy week!! Hopefully you can take some rest time this week and start to feel better!!
Cendrine Congrats to you on letting the Sunday School go. SOmetimes you don't even realize that stress that things are causing you until they're gone. DH and I are like you, always the volunteers, DH has coached hockey, baseball, run the boyscouts and I've been the daycare treasurer for years and for many years I was very involved in my professional associations. I gave up the professional stuff a year ago when I really realized how resentful I was getting about other people not volunteering. There is always a few people that volunteer for everything but sometimes you need to just step back and see if that encourages others to step forward. How exciting for you to do Cardio and Weights!!!!! My sister's birthday is next week and I ordered her IMAX 2/C & W, so I'm curious to see if she likes them.
Rachael How is that tweaky hip?? Which day are you starting with Meso 3? I don't calorie count or follow a diet plan, I've tried all that in the past and can't stand doing it. I just try to eat healthy but I know I overeat a little and so am a few lbs overweight. I have to agree with Jo on the active meditation, I think a good cardio workout can be the same for some as Yoga is for others. My DH used to laugh at me when I did the P90X rotation. Once a week the rotation called for YogaX which is a very tedious 90 minutes, so I used to set it up on a portable dvd and do it while watching TBLon the main tv. I loved the results of the Yoga but found it so boring!
Have a good weekend!
