I noticed people were talking about the 6month rotation. Where can I find that? And it is a good idea or not? Lori

The six month rotation is in the Workout Manager. Click Rotations and then I think it says Download, then select Cathe rotations and it will show up for download to your calendar.

I am currently doing the 6 month rotation and I am really enjoying it because you do two weeks of every week before moving on. I find I always do better then 2nd week of each new week (hope that makes sense). So this week I just completed 8 weeks of Meso 1 and am beginning my recovery week.

fitat49,

Cathe originally intended STS to be a 6 month rotation. You can read about it in this link (scroll down to reply #18):

I prefer the longer rotation while I'm learning the program. I feel like it gives me the chance to work the program to the best of my ability. I just finished 8 weeks of meso one and my endurance and strength has increased a lot. I feel strong, and I've noticed muscle gain in my legs and arms. Even though the rotation is longer, it doesn't get boring. There is just too much variety!

Jo, can you share results, please?

My personal overall goal with this program is to drop body fat and increase strength as I really don't need to lose any weight. So far, like Cynthia, my endurance has really increased and I also feel stronger. I haven't really changed (or cleaned up) my diet that much but plan to now starting into Meso 2. (Note I normally eat a pretty balanced diet, but have been indulging a bit with the sweets during this Meso cycle! So I'd say I've been 80% good!)

Anyway, I have new definition in my shoulders that I've never had before and I just feel like I look a little toner. I've dropped a couple of pounds without trying and have dropped a little body fat. My pants are loser!

So considering I've had this much improvement without getting overly strict with my diet is very encouraging! I have been very committed to the workouts and have not missed a single one!

Jo, that sounds great. Actually I read in a book, I think it was by Bob Greene (but am not sure), that aiming for being 80% good is what we should do. Nobody can be always 100% good :) so I think you are doing pretty well! Thanks for sharing!
