Got new shoes today!

That was enough to get me motivated to workout again today. (doesn't take much as I usually love my workouts) Did the third Insanity workout. I was so fatiguesdlast week after the first 2 workouts I'll be interested to see how I feel by the end of the weekend as I don't know how much was DOMS and how much was side effects of the immunizations.
Think I'll go ahead with Insanity unless Cathe's November rotation is too enticing.
Rachael I have MIS and MIC (well I have all Cathe's workouts). I'm trying to think of a replacement for MIC. I think the MIC is Cathe's toughest cardio workout

It's about 70 mins, half floor aerobics (think jump jacks, pylo jacks, etc) and then step aerobics with an extremely hard blast at the very end when you're exhausted. It's a steady state cardio except for the one short blast.
MIS could be replaced with Power Hour, Muscle Max or Muscle Endurance maybe. Oh, I just saw that Jo posted some suggestions as well.
Hope you have a beautiful weekend and get a chance to dry out. I guess you don't get trick or treaters being out in the country like you are.
Cendrien I'm getting so excited about our Disney trip so I'm trying not to think about it too much. You'll need to try out Disneyworld one day, its enormous compared to Disneyland. It's approximately the size of city of Boston (so my guide book tells me)
Don't you love Rhythmic Step, so much the time seems to fly. Hopefully the new STS cardio (I can't remember the name) will be the same.
Jo So sorry that you're still not feeling up to par. It sounds like you're taking good care of yourself so hopefully will be gone by the weekend. Didn't you love Abby's little girl's red hair! I picked up one more Christmas gift today, a remote control tarantula for my 11 year old nephew

I really only have DH to buy for and a few more little things for the kids.
You have a great memory, you always seem to remember things that people post!
So what is everyone doing for Halloween??
The kids are trick or treating. DS is going out with his friends then they are coming back to watch a movie at our house. They wanted some scary. I'm going to take dd to trick or treat with her cousins. They live 5 mins of away (since her brother doesn't want her tagging along

), they are ages 3 and 6, dd loves to play "big" cousin with them. I guess that leaves DH at home to hand out the candy.
DH and dd never got the H1N1 shot this week at the line ups got crazy, they tried today and got turned away. DS and I went the first day they were opened and it wasn't bad then there was 2 pediatric (tragic cases) that made the news Tuesday and people started to panic and line up.
We watched "Wizard of Oz" tonight, it was just rereleased for it 70 ! anniversary. The kids were under impressed. Boy, movies have changed. LOL
