Hey everyone

I just thought I would get us on the board this morning. It was plyo disk 29 I think this morning and I tried to trick myself by smiling everytime I turned to face the mirror on the half turn jumps. It was amusing at least but it still was not easy:D:p.
We are laying carpet today in a big olympic center at the same hospital so we are going to be wrestling some big cuts of carpet so I will get twice the workout!

Cendrine-I have never cooked with eggplant but anything smothered in marinara sounds great to me!

hi everyone!!

I am back. I am finally back to working out too. I did the most basic upper body workout and I am sore. Doesn't take long to lose it?!?!

Vacation was good. We were on the beach most days, went to a water park and a dolphin cruise, the aquarium and went to the IMax theater the day it rained. The kids had a blast. It went so quick!!

Someone abandoned 3 kittens in our neighborhood......so we are keeping one of them. She is all gray with green eyes.....so cute!!! I am taking her to the vet today. This is the first pet we have had. Husband was a little hesitant but I think he is well attached now. She showed up right before we left for vacation and the neighborhood kids feed her while we were gone. Since she was still here when we got back we decided to keep her.

I start school next week. I am actually excited about getting back to school. I don't socialize much so its nice to get out of the house and around adults (even though they are 25 yr olds...makes me feel young again-lol).

Hi Everyone,
We're getting ready to leave so wanted to get in a quick post. Yesterday I did Butts & Guts and today Disc 18 back and biceps (I was trying to squeeze everything in before we go!)

Anyway, I may be off a bit here but will officially be done with all time off after Labor Day and then it's back to consistent working out!

Hi Guys,

I did disk 29 as well and added on the pilates abs. the half turns are the worst! I usually really feel it worst in my quads... And she has to do two sets of them....!

Not much else going on here.

Chrissy, welcome back! I love kittens! They are just so sweet! Have fun with it!
