I thought I would start you all off one more time before I left!
This morning it was boot camp and bi's and tri's and it was a good workout. I am just amazed at how hard those weight workouts are.! Leave it to Cathe to make even 30 min. a challenge!
Kim-I am sorry that you are not loving CLX but am proud of you for sticking with it. That would be hard for me but normally if I make a commitment to something I finish it too. Even if it begrudgingly

Cendrine- I hope you are enjoying all your new workouts. I am going to order some when I get back and I think I am going to do the September rotation. I am hooked on the rotations now. It did not take much huh?
OK guys I am off... I will try to get dh to help me post pics when I get back!
