Good morning.I woke up early this morning because I want to see the new pictures.Look great. Today is IMAX 2.Yesterday I did KPC and pyramids standing legs.I have regain the time lost.Have a great day.

Good morning,

This morning I finished off my Intensity Series week by doing only the step portions of IMAX2 (used the mix 'n match feature), followed by Muscle Endurance. IMAX2 warm up, step, and cool-down (no stretch) is about 25 minutes, will get the muscles warm and give you a "glow", but it is really easy and moves along very quickly. It was nice to do before ME, because the legs get warm, but are not too taxed for the lower body work in ME.

Sandy, I'm happy to hear you enjoyed SB so much, and the choreography wasn't overly difficult. It took me at least three times through before I was able to follow along very well. It wasn't until I'd done it a few times that I was able to really feel the intensity of this workout, because I was concentrating so much on the foot work. Now I know it like the back of my hand, and love, love, love it. When Cathe says, at the very end, "No, we had a BLAST!" I always exclaim "So did I!". Have fun with SJP! I always sing along to Breakfast At Tiffany's during the lunge segment; it helps me ignore my burning legs.

Hi all,

By now it's late afternoon and I'm running late for a dinner party.

I did Body Max UB only including abs.

Then I decided to do my regular 10K long run but take it really slow and easy cause I haven't done any running for a week. When I started I got in a really nice rhythm real quick. I'm usually strugling for the first 10 min or so. Because I ran in such a great rhythm I decided to run the whole 10K without any walkbreaks (I had two of those last week). After 7K I caught myself thinking "only 3K left" and I realised I was doing really well:) I increased speed with 1K to go and did my usual accelerate/decelerate in the last 500 meters going up the overpass. I had an absolutely great run! And I feel sooooo good!:) My head is clear again and the stress is gone (for now).

I added on S&H biceps and abs.

Well have to get a quick shower and go have dinner at a friends house.

Hi, I did the November rotation but had to substitute Imax1 for 2 since I don't have 2. I made it through the whole thing. Then took the boys to swimming lessons. Now it is off to do some laundry!!

Hi all!

I did BC this morning and just so glad I completed itx( ...ever have one of those days where you just feel soooooo weak for no apparent reason? Honestly I felt like I was about to pass out after cycle 4 but thankfully Cathe was able to motivate me enough to get through it:) !! Hopefully I'll be feeling stronger tomorrow as I will be doing ME and attempting a little bit of SJP as well.

Sandra, yeah I know what you mean.....I was barely breathing but when she said "we had a blast!" I also said between gasps...so did I!!!:+ I was singing along to a few of those tunes as well, until the blasts came alongx( Can't wait to try SJP!
