Good morning,

Congratulations Jann, babies are great.

I don't know where last week went. Usually I peek in to see what everyone is doing even if I don't have time to post. I didn't even get on the computer last week. Last Sunday was Ram's football game and then the rest of the week was filled with babysitting(including Wed night) and payroll taxes for a number of clients.

Just saw the pictures of your new grand baby on FB. She's beautiful.

Well, I just finished Disc 28. Just plodding along, hoping to finish.

Hope you are all well. Choir has started our new season, and there are plans for us to record a cd this year. Don't know what will happen with that, hopefully it'll work out.

I picked up those new step shox yesterday. I am going to give them a try today with LIS.
 
Good evening,

At least I stayed awake tonight. Monday I went to bed at 7pm and woke up at 7am. I had hoped to see Monday night football, but it's just as well I slept through it.

I'm happy to say that I have gotten in 2 or 3 miles of walking in per day. Unfortunately I have had a couple of horrible eating days. I hope when the new dvd series comes out, there is a rotation I will follow.

Joan, I've been going through that tired thing, too. I think I did too much over the weekend and haven't been sleeping quite right this week.

I think it is great that y'all are consistently walking--any miles are good. I was lucky today. I pushed myself into doing Disc 29, which I was supposed to do yesterday, but was just too exhausted. I'm not crazy about the plyo stuff, but I don't have the equipment for squat rack. I just modify where I can, and march in place where I can't. I did a lot of marching today. ;)

I think I am always more tired in the fall. I think it's the weather as soon as there is a chill in the air. I want to take a nap!! :p

Walking on the treadmill today. I've been walking Reggie also, so I am getting my steps in. I R-e-a-l-l-y need to pick up some weights. Not doing heavy yard work and no weights = bad things. ;)
 
Hi, Y'All!

Oh, did I pick up weights today!! :eek: I just finished Disc 30. I have a really hard time with the overhead triceps work on my left side. I am simply unable to get my arm into the proper position. My right arm is fine, and I have absolutely no problems with that move, but it is agonizing to try with my left plus I have this fear of hitting myself in the head. So I just stood up and did triceps extensions with my left arm. I have been reading about a new treatment for arthritis which does not require surgery and no drugs are involved. They inject the joint with a gel that lubricates it. You have to have a series of three injections, but it lasts for a year. As much pain as I am in with this shoulder daily, it might be worth it.
