50 and over week of Nov 6 check in

Jann I haven't done slide and glide yet. I can't wait! I went to spinning this am with DH. He's having a birthday soon so we went to buy spin shoes for him. what else do you buy a 60 year old? They didn't have his size---- so we ordered them and I got some too they did have my size!

Dexter (puppy) and I started puppy classes this week. He's needing it!
 
hey all, so sorry to awol. it has been crazy. was out of town and when i got back, my brother had taken a turn for the worse. (cancer). he went to be with the Lord oct. 31. we just had the funeral this past tuesday , so it has been a busy week. we miss him so much, but he is out of pain and w/Jesus and happy.
i did the new low impact last week, and today i did athletic training again. they are super hard IMO. i barely made it thru today, just so tired , i guess from all the stress the last month. i will try to check-in more often. we also are working hard to get the new house ready, so just so much going on. but, thanks for remembering me.
