Joan, I think it's wonderful that you are doing something every day. We often forget that walking is a great workout in itself. I do believe that we need stretching and weight training as well, but walking is a great basic activity.
I hyper-extended my knee on Thursday, so I decided to rest and ice it over the weekend. Seems fine now, so tomorrow morning I am going to start back. I am just not going to give up. I really don't like every workout being brand new, and I do better when I mix new workouts with ones I already know. I am going to change my pattern this week.
