I'm working on my last return so I thought I would get us started.

Of course it's not really the last return because I haven't done my return yet. I will do my extension this evening.

We are having our Easter this afternoon. I will be leaving on vacation next Sunday.

Joan glad things will get back to normal ;) for you! :D

My days seem a blur - :eek: I think I am going to stay on the push circuits a bit longer. I like the short and to the point workouts. I hope to get in a good interval workout today.

Joan, glad things are (almost) back to normal for you. But I am sure I am not as glad as you are. ;)

Jann, I really liked those Push Circuit workouts, too. They were my favorite part of CLX. I am afraid, though, that I will not be lifting heavy weights until my back stops worrying me. I am going to stick to the light-to-medium weights, lower my step heights and avoid tricky moves.

Just finished Cathe's Push Pull for the first time, and I really loved it. Had to skip some of it that would compromise my back, but it wasn't very much. I'll get better.

Hi Everyone!

I am out of the loop again. I got all caught up in these classes that I am taking and life. I feel fat, salty (crackers) tired.. you know the drill. tomorrow, I will make an effort to regroup!

Jann, you Reggie is adorable- I hope you are enjoying him.

Magnolia, So glad your back is cooperating with you this time! Are you buying new workouts or just going through them again?

Joan, you must feel relieved its over! I don't know how you stand it! I get crabby when I sit too long!

Hi all!
I can not believe how much it is raining. -- not a great time to be training a puppy! :p

I did STS4 today the 60 minute premix w/out the bonus burns. I needed something different today. I still plan to keep going with push circuits. I have lost 1 and 1/2 inches off my waist with CLX. :eek::eek::eek: Very happy about that.
 
Good evening all,

I slept most of Tuesday and then ran errands. I did get 2 miles in Tuesday and today. Sad to say my calf could tell it had been motionless too long. A little sore but I really need to get back to moving.

Hi all -- Will be missing in action here for a bit. My husbands mother passed away early this morning. She went quickly. Will pop in when I can.

Jann, so sorry to hear about your loss. I'll be praying for you and your family, especially your dh. It is so tough to lose a parent.

Joan, I know the feeling.

Beth, I'm sticking to the tapes I already own, but am adding extra warm up and stretching and avoiding tricky moves or modifying them. I read in a health article yesterday (on Web MD) that it's important to exercise when you have back pain, you just have to be a little more careful and stretch more.

Today, I did Low Impact Step and Total Body Stretching, and it felt good.

Good morning ladies,

Jann I'm so sorry.

I am as busy this week as last week. I still have 4 sets of payroll taxes to finish. I had planned to hit the bank, library and PO today but I bet they are all closed. I was supposed to do that Thursday but I needed to mow our yard and our neighbors yard. It started raining at 7pm and is supposed to rain every day for about a week. At least I got them done.

My neck and shoulder are sore today. I had to restart the mower about every row. The grass was long and wet and kept clogging up.

We are leaving this Sunday and will be back late on Monday May 2nd. If only I don't gain on this vacation. I would like to start getting really serious and see how much I can lose in May, both lbs and inches.

Jann- I am so sorry! Be safe in your travels.

Joan- Hope you get some much needed rest on vacation- and not too many accompanying pounds!

Magnolia- I think I am going to pick out one or two favorites as well and just stick to thme. I spend too much time trying to figure out what to do- in the end- I just need to do something!
