Good Morning and Happy Monday!
I started my 3rd week of a S&H rotation yesterday.. today was chest. I will be doing the same format after the 4th week, 20-30 minutes of cardio, then one body part, only next time I think I will use the Gym Styles or CTX for the weight work.. I want at least 15 minutes on each body part..so I may have to use 2 workouts, depending on what excercises she uses. Maybe SS where you can do more sets of the same? I will need to look at my excercise sheets for Cathe workouts and see what she does in these.. fun to plan ahead!
Jen: I put a bid in on the Full Body workout vol 2 on Ebay. It ends tomorrow so I may have this workout!
Garance: sounds like the new TV is a good motivator! Good luck with the shot. I hope it makes you feel really good and raring to go! You were right about the steam bath.. 5:46 am and it is 77 degrees here x(
