I know what you mean about the step thing. I actually started doing Cathe 2 years ago because I couldn't do step at all. I figured it would help me keep my brain young trying to learn something new. It was step or try to learn a new language. Step won out.
I don't know if my brain is any younger but I can get around better on step stuff. It didn't come easy for me at all. I liked Cathe's Body Fusion and Blast series the best for trying to figure it out. (And lots of "rewinds" and steping in place and almost killing myself doing things backward and inside out.)
Sunday was a food binge day. Not good. Yesterday did Muscle Endurance with one riser lower than Cathes, today will be a 3 mile walk run and Stretch Max.
Mariah, I just got a cold as well. Hate that. It always seems like one step forward and two steps back. Pun intended.
