Good morning ladies,

I had a good weekend. I walked on Saturday andr ran on Sunday I also
went to the Casino and did very well. Now I can buy more Cathe tapes.

Today I will take a step class and run in the evening. My bootcamp class is taking a week off.

I did exercise over weekend but since I was working they were about half hour each
I tried to do a step one without a step i still had a hard time keeping up im so uncoordinated but bottom line is when you feel like you worked out then you probably did

I just got in the mail the BeachBody series I had found it on Ebay won the bid and just got it Maybe ill do one of those this afternoon
But right now i have to finish paper work and maybe a nap This cold has beat my butt!!!
 
Hi Mariah,

I went to the step class during lunch and I know how you feel.
It has been a while since I did step and believe me I was
very uncoordinated. Take care of that cold.

Hi Josie and Mariah,

I know what you mean about the step thing. I actually started doing Cathe 2 years ago because I couldn't do step at all. I figured it would help me keep my brain young trying to learn something new. It was step or try to learn a new language. Step won out.

I don't know if my brain is any younger but I can get around better on step stuff. It didn't come easy for me at all. I liked Cathe's Body Fusion and Blast series the best for trying to figure it out. (And lots of "rewinds" and steping in place and almost killing myself doing things backward and inside out.)

Sunday was a food binge day. Not good. Yesterday did Muscle Endurance with one riser lower than Cathes, today will be a 3 mile walk run and Stretch Max.

Mariah, I just got a cold as well. Hate that. It always seems like one step forward and two steps back. Pun intended.

Hi Collene and Mariah,

I will be running 5 miles today. I will be doing all my stepping at home from now on so that I can master the routines. I do have Body Fusion and Basic Step at home.

Have you ladies tried Emergen-C? I take up to 3 packets when I have a cold and 1 packet when I don't. You can recuperate much faster when you take it. I has worked for me.

I too have a cold (is this a computer virus). Lots of sneezing and my head is all stuffed up. Bummer! I've been able to still work out. Thank God it hasn't affected that. I did a oldie today Step Fit. I still remembered the steps.Yippee! Ladies get well soon.~Linny~
 
Hi Ladies:

Sorry for the "non-posting" this week. Really busy here at work! Did no workouts over the weekend and felt like a beached whale with all that I ate. But on Monday did a 2.5 mile walk with Hubby, Tuesday did a 3.41 mile walk with my girlfriend. We got caught in the rain and I never laughed so much in my life. I was soaked when I got home. Did a 3.4 run last night and today will do another 3.41 walk with my girlfriend.

Good morning ladies,

I went spinning last night. I will be spinning again tonight with a friend. I have been eating clean since Monday and feel great!
I have lost 3lbs already.

Ok. Whose the one who started this cold? I can blame my DH or my volunteering last Friday night at my DS's school but I've got a doosy.

Lets see. Ran on Tues. did Body Fusion Wed. and did DB Upper Body from BM.

Plan to run an easy run tomorrow if I can breathe.

I got one Jan 30th had to work went bike riding with hair wet. (motorcycle) got a doozy of a cold lasted weeks just couldnt get rid of it
Finally i thought Yea its gone
Mother passed away march 1 had to go upstate ny while there it was a pattys day celebration and my faimly always goes so i went and stood outside with my grandchildren. finally put them in the car in turns with people but i got another again just as i was losing it i was back in fla and went to a street fair for st patthys day march 17 50 degrees and we sat listening to music and talking for 3 hours
its now march 22 maybe its on its way out
did abs last nite im a wimp this week too much to do to really do much exercise so i do what i can but i dont let a day go without something else id get in another bad habit

Hi Mariah, Collene & Tina,

Today is my rest day. Tomorrow I will be running (5 miles)then
walking with my friend that has cancer. Sunday I will be running
6-7 miles.

Mariah, I started eating clean on Monday I jumped on the scale and it said 164.8 and today I was 160.4. I feel great! I have also been consistent with my workouts.

Ladies take care of those colds and have a great weekend.

Hi Josie, Tina and Mariah,

I slept instead of running and cleaning house. This cold is a bad one.I took a 3 hour nap.

Off to get my 10 year old and take him to the park. It is 64 degrees here in Minnapolis.

Josie you are my inspiration for next week.

I know that i have been eating clean now for about 2 weeks but before that had a week of overeating and binging so when i weigh myself next week i dont expect much
and the older you get the less you lose
but you go girlfriend, and keep us posted

I went to a naturist or a natural nutritionist (or whatever she is called) This past fri a week ago....I am on more herbs and vitamins and minerals lol
i have had candida albicans in the past and i think i have it back (an over growth of yeast in the body not necessarily a womans problem, so im trying to be very healthy in my eating and really GOOD vitamins
 
Vitamins up the ying yang. I think it's just my expose to kids! LOL.

I also take Enbrel for arthritis ( got it at age 39 ). It does make one more suseptable to colds etc.

The long nap today helped so maybe run tomorrow?

I ran today. 2.8 miles and stopped only once to retie my shoes. Then did a 15 min stretch.
