I'm now on my way upstairs to workout, but of course had to do a quick after-lunch checkin with my favorite site and found your post. Give me an F for grammar, kiddo -- that wasn't one long hill, it was a friend who lives up the street from me with whom I did a long and hilly walk through our neighborhood and an adjacent subdivision.
I'm glad you reminded me about dehydration -- I will go drink an extra 12 - 24 oz. before I workout. Funny that I'm not really thirsty today, since, now that you mention it, I had virtually no fluid yesterday!
I will report in later on my workout (and change "3" to "4" in my tag below
